Job Description

Customer Success Manager responsible for fostering relationships and promoting AVOW in SEA region. Collaborate with clients to ensure satisfaction and success while navigating industry-specific challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success
  • Manage day-to-day client interactions, providing excellent customer service
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate challenges
  • Increase visibility and recognition of AVOW in the region
  • Develop and execute local marketing strategies
  • Leverage technical knowledge to support clients independently
  • Collaborate effectively with Sales team and other internal departments

Requirements:

  • Strong background in mobile marketing platforms (MMPs)
  • Knowledge of attribution models and OEM advertising strategies
  • Approximately 3 years of experience in the industry
  • Ability to understand and troubleshoot technical aspects of digital advertising
  • Fluency in English (Bahasa would be a big plus)
