Job Description

Customer Success Manager supporting international clients in implementing revenue engineering strategies. Build relationships, conduct training, and enhance user experiences for customer success.

Responsibilities:

  • Support international customers in introducing and applying revenue engineering
  • Serve as a consultant, coach, and project manager for clients
  • Plan and execute kick-off events with new clients
  • Build long-term customer relationships
  • Develop best practice solutions for customer sales teams
  • Conduct individual, targeted training and education
  • Collaborate with product team to optimize user experience
  • Plan Customer Success team tasks and workflows

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of Customer Success experience in a SaaS company
  • Ability to create great customer experiences
  • Ability to engage and inspire others
  • Diplomatic tact in building relationships
  • Willingness to travel for customer workshops and onboarding
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), German is a plus
