Job Description
Customer Success Manager supporting international clients in implementing revenue engineering strategies. Build relationships, conduct training, and enhance user experiences for customer success.
Responsibilities:
- Support international customers in introducing and applying revenue engineering
- Serve as a consultant, coach, and project manager for clients
- Plan and execute kick-off events with new clients
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Develop best practice solutions for customer sales teams
- Conduct individual, targeted training and education
- Collaborate with product team to optimize user experience
- Plan Customer Success team tasks and workflows
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of Customer Success experience in a SaaS company
- Ability to create great customer experiences
- Ability to engage and inspire others
- Diplomatic tact in building relationships
- Willingness to travel for customer workshops and onboarding
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), German is a plus
