Job Description
Customer Success Manager managing and growing client relationships at AireSpring, a telecom provider. Focusing on telecom solutions and account management responsibilities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of designated client accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and drive account growth.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams.
- Cultivate strong relationships to ensure that clients continue to trust AireSpring for their business needs.
- Oversee all aspects of the client relationship, from resolving daily operational challenges to identifying expansion opportunities within your accounts.
- Promote and upsell telecom products and services effectively.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working for a telecom carrier or telecom service provider (REQUIRED).
- A solid understanding of telecom account management and customer success principles.
- Passion for working in a sales and marketing environment.
- Experience in customer-facing roles is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive under deadlines.
