Job Description
Customer Success Manager enhancing relationships with users in AI-driven wealth management. Collaborating with investment professionals to improve product engagement and insights.
Responsibilities:
- Own the relationship with Nevis’ actual daily users, from onboarding to power-user award.
- Build processes and tools to monitor and drive engagement with our products.
- Research all the possible ways in which Nevis works and does not work for our customers.
- Document and introduce new products and features to customers.
- Collect, structure and deliver insightful product feedback to stakeholders.
- Provide relevant insights to help founders and team prioritize at all levels.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in strategy consulting or in client-facing roles within high-growth tech companies.
- Excellent communication skills and exceptional EQ: empathic, thoughtful and to the point.
- Practical problem-solver.
- Obsession with productivity - Both personal and professional.
- Enjoy spending time with others and helping them do their best work.
- Excited about the Wealth Management industry.
