Job Description
Customer Support Representative ensuring satisfaction for Whizz's customers while providing detailed support for electric bikes and managing inquiries through calls and chats.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle a large number of chats and calls (no cold calling)
- Proactively provide in-depth details about our electric bikes and arrange appointments
- Address customer concerns and objections diligently, ensuring their satisfaction
- Use selling techniques to offer our additional products to existing customers or turn potential customers into our clients
Requirements:
- Native/Fluent Spanish speaker
- Excellent knowledge of English (C1-C2 level)
- 1+ years of experience in support/sales role
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
- High-speed internet connection, personal computer, and headset
