Job Description

Customer Support Representative assisting customers with inquiries and problem-solving primarily through email and live chat. Working remotely in a fixed schedule from Honduras.

Responsibilities:

  • Support customers via email and live chat (Intercom)
  • Troubleshoot issues and explain solutions in a clear, friendly way
  • Escalate more complex cases and ensure follow-ups happen on time
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements
  • Collaborate with a global, remote support team

Requirements:

  • Based in Honduras and legally authorized to work there
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support or a client-facing role (SaaS is a plus)
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Availability to work 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Honduras time), Monday–Friday
