Job Description
Customer Support Representative assisting customers with inquiries and problem-solving primarily through email and live chat. Working remotely in a fixed schedule from Honduras.
Responsibilities:
- Support customers via email and live chat (Intercom)
- Troubleshoot issues and explain solutions in a clear, friendly way
- Escalate more complex cases and ensure follow-ups happen on time
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements
- Collaborate with a global, remote support team
Requirements:
- Based in Honduras and legally authorized to work there
- 2+ years of experience in customer support or a client-facing role (SaaS is a plus)
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Availability to work 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Honduras time), Monday–Friday
