Job Description

Customer Support Specialist providing tier 3 platform and technical support for users. Assisting teams, resolving inquiries, and building relationships with clients in a startup environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide users with tier 3 platform and technical support
  • Assist other teams by gathering and reporting on account data
  • Efficiently resolve customer inquiries on the first contact
  • Build proactive relationships with high-priority clients

Requirements:

  • 4-year college degree
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer proficiency
  • A data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Experience working in customer support or the SaaS industry
