Job Description
D365 CRM Developer developing Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Power Platform solutions for WBS GRUPPE’s digital education mission. Building plugins, integrations, and automated deployment pipelines.
Responsibilities:
- Develop solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform
- Implement your own features with a focus on clean, high-performance, and maintainable solutions
- Develop plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, and Power Automate flows in accordance with Microsoft best practices
- Extend the user interface with JavaScript (Xrm.WebApi)
- Develop custom PCF controls when standard functionality is insufficient
- Work with solution layering and the ALM pipeline in Azure DevOps, including branching, pull requests, and automated deployments
- Independently deliver features from clarifying requirements with Business Analysts through estimation and implementation to supporting testing
- Participate in weekly code reviews and improve engineering practices
- Develop integrations with third-party systems via REST/Web APIs, Azure Functions, and Service Bus
- Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead, Lead Consultant, Customizers, Business Analysts, and QA
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of professional experience developing with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dataverse / Power Platform
- Good knowledge of C# / .NET for plugin and workflow development
- Good knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript and experience with Xrm.WebApi
- Practical experience with Power Automate flows and their limitations
- Initial experience implementing integrations with third-party systems (REST/Web APIs, Azure Functions, Service Bus)
- Experience with the Azure portal in a D365 context: app registrations and service principals (Microsoft Entra ID), secrets management with Azure Key Vault, and monitoring with Application Insights
- Solid understanding of solution layering, managed vs. unmanaged solutions, publisher prefixes, and ALM
- Fluent communication skills in German and English (at least C1+)
- Experience with PCF controls (Power Apps Component Framework) is a plus
- Microsoft certification PL-400 or equivalent is a plus
- Experience with FakeXrmEasy or other testing frameworks for the Power Platform is a plus
