Job Description
Consultant conformité Data chez Talan, groupe international de conseil en technologie et data. Audits, analyse réglementaire et pilotage de projets RGPD, LCB-FT et BCBS 239.
Responsibilities:
- Support clients through every stage of their compliance journey
- Conduct compliance audits and impact assessments
- Analyze and interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into technical specifications for information systems
- Draft functional and technical specifications tailored to business and regulatory requirements
- Serve as the liaison between legal, compliance, business, and IT departments
- Lead implementation projects, including the implementation and configuration of AML/CFT tools, the creation of GDPR processing activity records, data purging, archiving and anonymization projects, and the implementation of BCBS 239 indicators
- Facilitate design workshops
- Train and raise awareness among teams regarding regulatory requirements and data compliance
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of and experience participating in compliance projects related to GDPR, AML/CFT, KYC, BCBS 239, Sapin II, and other regulations
- Ability to integrate complex legal, functional, and technical considerations
- Ability to assess risks and formulate relevant recommendations
- Proficiency in audit techniques and methodologies
- Proficiency in risk and impact assessments
- Ability to facilitate workshops and meetings
- Ability to train colleagues on complex topics
- Intellectual curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written English
