Job Description

Data Entry Clerk maintaining database information and supporting various departments in Soft Innovation Ltd. Requires attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter data into computer systems accurately and efficiently
  • Verify accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents
  • Update existing data
  • Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
  • Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation
  • Generate reports and respond to inquiries or requests for information

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided
  • Familiarity with administrative duties and office procedures
  • Basic understanding of databases and data entry processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
