Job Description

Accounts Receivable & Data Entry Specialist maintaining financial records for Respage, a digital marketing leader in multifamily industry. Processing invoices and supporting financial data management in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter and maintain invoices, payments, and customer account data in QuickBooks
  • Monitor outstanding balances and assist in follow-up communications
  • Reconcile customer accounts and prepare A/R reports as needed
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records
  • Collaborate closely with accounting and operations team members to ensure smooth processes
  • Support additional bookkeeping and administrative tasks when required

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (required)
  • Experience in accounts receivable or bookkeeping
  • Strong data entry accuracy and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
