Job Description
Admin VA supporting remote services including email organization and CRM management. Focused on improving business efficiency for clients worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Support administrative and operational tasks
- Focus on email and file organization
- CRM management and data entry
- Scheduling, travel booking, and research
- Provide daily updates on tasks completed and project status
Requirements:
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to distinguish between important and non-important information (especially emails)
- Experience with: Google Workspace
- CRM systems (experience with HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus)
- Data entry and digital organization
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to optimize workflows
