Job Description

Admin VA supporting remote services including email organization and CRM management. Focused on improving business efficiency for clients worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Support administrative and operational tasks
  • Focus on email and file organization
  • CRM management and data entry
  • Scheduling, travel booking, and research
  • Provide daily updates on tasks completed and project status

Requirements:

  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to distinguish between important and non-important information (especially emails)
  • Experience with: Google Workspace
  • CRM systems (experience with HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus)
  • Data entry and digital organization
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Problem-solving mindset and willingness to optimize workflows
