Job Description
Production Data Entry Clerk supporting production reporting and operational record keeping remotely. Responsible for entering and maintaining production data and inventory records.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain production and operational records
- Update work orders, inventory logs, and shipment documentation
- Review data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Process reports related to production schedules and materials usage
- Maintain electronic filing and document records
- Assist with data audits and compliance tracking
- Support purchasing and operations teams with record updates
- Generate routine status reports as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- 1+ year data entry, administrative, or production support experience preferred
- Strong typing and data accuracy skills
- Experience with spreadsheets and database systems
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
