Job Description

Data Entry Clerk providing clerical support for CalSurance by data entry and filing duties. Updating necessary certifications and maintaining Ardent files with accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide data entry and clerical support for CalSurance.
  • Data entry, specifically Outside Coverage Tracking and Anti-Money Laundering certifications for the National Life Group Sponsored Program.
  • Update Ardent files using a member identification number and or national producer number.
  • Enter carrier, limits of liability, policy period, certificate received, and retention/deductible information updated in each Ardent file for NLG.
  • Issue an email using a 10-day pending template if information is not provided accurately.
  • Update the file as previously mentioned when responses are received with correct information.
  • Further training instructions are given for AML certifications.

Requirements:

  • Good typing ability
  • Must be able to multitask successfully.
  • Must have Microsoft Outlook and Excel experience
  • Must be able to work quickly and efficiently
  • High School diploma/GED
  • Necessary Physical Requirements: Manual dexterity, arm and upper body range of motion sufficient for use of a keyboard and mouse 6-8 hours per day; Speech and hearing sufficient for in-person and telephone communication 6-8 hours per day; Vision sufficient for use of a computer monitor; Ability to sit at a desk 6-8 hours per day.
