Job Description

Entry-level Data Entry Specialist role for South African talent supporting UK-based businesses. Comprehensive training provided for managing data within a fully remote work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and update data in company systems and spreadsheets
  • Verify and cross-check data for completeness and accuracy
  • Organise and maintain digital records and databases
  • Generate basic reports and summaries for the UK team
  • Flag discrepancies and escalate issues to the relevant team member

Requirements:

  • Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Reliable and able to meet deadlines independently
  • No experience required — comprehensive training provided
  • Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
  • Reliable laptop or desktop computer
  • Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
  • Quiet, dedicated home workspace
