Job Description
Data Mapping Lead Analyst managing high complexity client implementation and enhancement projects with a focus on data requirements. Working with business and IT counterparts at EviCore to improve processes and deliver data solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple, concurrent implementation/enhancement projects with high degrees of complexity and system analysis at any given time.
- Lead implementation/enhancement activities such as requirements gathering, technical writing, system analysis, data design, data validation, application testing, monitoring of deliverables/tasks, post launch warranty.
- Own client interactions/communications in implementation/enhancement projects.
- Guide clients to the best solutions and data architecture/design in high complexity implementation/enhancement projects.
- Lead high value data COE process improvement projects.
- Train and lead less experienced data analysts.
- Communicate effectively across multiple departments and to leadership as necessary.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 3+ years of system/data analysis experience required.
- Competent level of understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, and APIs of assigned modules required.
- Strong communication skills (interfacing between external and internal stakeholders) required.
- Demonstrated advanced proficiency in MS Office applications required.
- Strong organizational, time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry data standards and formats – X12, HL7, FHIR, etc. is a plus.
