Job Description
Seeking an Integration Analyst at Stefanini to handle system integrations and client interactions. Involves API knowledge, troubleshooting, and client problem resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Work on system integrations;
- Direct contact with clients;
- Quick problem resolution;
- Analytical ability to handle or escalate cases to the responsible team;
Requirements:
- Knowledge of APIs
- Knowledge of XML
- Knowledge of Postman
- Knowledge of MySQL Workbench
- Experience with source-to-target (de/para) mapping between systems
- Ability to work on system integrations
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Quick problem resolution
- Analytical ability to handle or escalate cases to the responsible team
- Previous experience in an IT environment (preferred)
- Knowledge of other system integration technologies (preferred)
