Job Description
Referent für Datenschutz, Compliance und Transformation bei Linimed Gruppe GmbH. Verantwortung für operative Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse im digitalen Bereich.
Responsibilities:
- Steer and support day-to-day operations in the data protection and compliance area
- Support audits, reviews, assessments and more complex queries
- Participate in data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) and risk analyses
- Coordinate data protection coordinators
- Analyze and optimize processes
- Contribute to digitization and automation initiatives
- Support the implementation and evaluation of AI applications
Requirements:
- Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, Law, or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in data protection, compliance, process management, or IT
- Interest in digitalization, automation, and artificial intelligence
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and team orientation
- Strong execution capability and pragmatic thinking
