Job Description
Data Risk Operations Analyst responsible for monitoring risks in Chainlink's data products. Collaborating with teams to manage and mitigate risks in decentralized finance.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively monitor and mitigate risks across Chainlink’s portfolio of data products
- Drive initiatives to understand and respond to changes in the rapidly evolving crypto ecosystem that affect our feeds
- Triage alerts that indicate data quality or risk issues, and improve the quality of those alerts
- Debug issues based on contextual knowledge of data providers, node operators and Chainlink’s data infrastructure
- Write and run Python scripts to perform data pulls, exploratory data analysis, and charting
- Develop new processes and tools to manage new risks
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a data-driven organization
- Good foundational knowledge of SQL, JSON, Python (Pandas) and REST APIs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with dynamic priority evolution
- Interest in blockchain ecosystem and decentralized finance
- Have a strong respect for security requirements and implications in a blockchain environment
- Available to occasionally be part of an on-call rotation schedule providing incident response support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Stable and high-bandwidth internet connection
