Job Description
Manager - Marketing Technology & Data Governance at Candescent managing marketing automation and data governance for B2B SaaS banking solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Enable campaigns across marketing automation platforms (emails, landing pages, forms, nurtures).
- Manage lead lifecycle workflows, campaign QA, tracking, and troubleshooting.
- Support website and landing page updates via CMS tools.
- Maintain CRM data integrity, segmentation accuracy, and workflow governance.
- Manage data hygiene, deduplication, enrichment, taxonomy audits, and campaign list validation.
- Monitor sync integrity and proactively resolve data inconsistencies and system issues.
- Support integrations across marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and related platforms.
- Maintain workflow, integration, and systems documentation.
- Support dashboards and reporting across marketing, CRM, and analytics tools.
- Track campaign and funnel performance and validate reporting accuracy.
- Support governed system usage, access controls, and configuration management.
- Ensure clean and validated data inputs for reporting, predictive models, and AI workflows.
- Enforce best practices for campaign setup, naming conventions, and data governance.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and operational consistency.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years in Marketing Ops, Martech, Data Governance, or Digital Marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS environments.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce etc.).
- Strong understanding of campaign execution, lead lifecycle management, segmentation, and marketing workflows.
- Familiarity with web analytics, CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow), and campaign tracking concepts.
- Exposure to tools such as 6sense, ON24, Bizzabo, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Experience with SQL and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
- Basic understanding of data quality, data structures, and system integrations.
- Strong attention to detail, systems thinking, and structured problem-solving skills.
