Job Description
DB Client Manager overseeing operational performance for assigned clients while collaborating with technology and care teams at Alight. Responsible for quality service delivery and managing client interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily operational performance for assigned client(s).
- Managing operations teams to provide quality administrative services.
- Collaborating with support areas such as technology and customer care.
- Serving as the primary contact for clients regarding daily service delivery.
- Assisting the Senior Client Manager/Client Leader in delivering solutions.
Requirements:
- Effective communication and influencing skills on domain and technical matters, internally and externally.
- Possess analytical abilities and attention to detail when working with complex data.
- Solutions-oriented focus and ability to report data to stakeholders.
- Advanced management and organizational skills with ability to adapt to change.
