Job Description

Talent & Client Success Partner engaging with client inquiries within personal development sector. Supporting individuals on their personal and professional development journey through effective communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with inbound enquiries through digital platforms.
  • Conducting structured introductory conversations via phone or Zoom.
  • Providing accurate information using established systems and processes.
  • Supporting individuals through the initial stages of their journey.
  • Participating in ongoing learning and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, client success, business development, sales or another professional client-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
  • Comfortable using online communication tools including Zoom and CRM systems.
  • An interest in ongoing personal and professional development.
