Job Description
Talent & Client Success Partner engaging with client inquiries within personal development sector. Supporting individuals on their personal and professional development journey through effective communication.
Responsibilities:
- Engaging with inbound enquiries through digital platforms.
- Conducting structured introductory conversations via phone or Zoom.
- Providing accurate information using established systems and processes.
- Supporting individuals through the initial stages of their journey.
- Participating in ongoing learning and professional development.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, client success, business development, sales or another professional client-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Comfortable using online communication tools including Zoom and CRM systems.
- An interest in ongoing personal and professional development.
