Job Description
Manager, Client Delivery overseeing client projects and consulting teams in the life and health reinsurance sector at RGA. Aiming to enhance financial protection through innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of technical consultants and business analysts
- Manage various consulting clients and technical projects
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Implement life reinsurance solutions and services
- Conduct complex research and analysis to support business operations
- Manage testing protocols and procedures
Requirements:
- 8+ years overall insurance experience
- Proven knowledge of life insurance and annuity accounting concepts
- 7+ years of experience in a senior life insurance or reinsurance role
- 5+ years of management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint
- Proven decision-making skills
- Effective gap-analysis and report writing skills
- Ability to lead a team of consultants and business analysts
- Experience communicating with clients and stakeholders
