Job Description
Delegate Acquisition Executive for InspiredMinds, focusing on registering c-level executives for AI events and summits. Engage potential delegates through outreach and maintain relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential delegates who would benefit from attending our summits
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and social media to introduce the event and highlight its value
- Tailor approaches to different segments of potential delegates to maximize registration numbers and revenue
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with past and potential delegates to ensure continued interest and attendance at future events
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment on messaging, promotions, and outreach efforts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of delegate interactions, registrations, and feedback using CRM systems
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 years experience in B2B telephone sales (event industry preferred)
- Consistency in delivering targets and meeting KPIs
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding ability to collaborate and work well across teams/functions
- Proven experience in events delegate sales is an advantage
