Job Description
Delivery Solutions Architect designing AI-driven conversational experiences at NICE. Empowering customers and leading conversational design initiatives for project success and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Empower and support customers to build exceptional AI-driven conversational experiences
- Lead design of virtual assistants and user journeys
- Serve as a subject matter expert in conversational design
- Ensure project success and drive customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in conversation/UX design
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience in multimodal user experience
- Understanding of NLU/NLP concepts
- Understanding of Large-Language-Models and prompting
