Job Description
Digital Consulting Associate/Senior Associate at Huron, collaborating on enterprise technology solutions. Supporting project delivery and developing client relationships while driving measurable results.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with engagement leaders, teammates, and client stakeholders to help design, build, and implement impactful enterprise technology solutions
- Support engagement delivery, project coordination, and solution development while continuously expanding their skills and responsibilities
- Cultivate trusted working relationships, contribute to team momentum, and demonstrate a commitment to client success and professional growth
- Combine analytical rigor with a practical mindset to support teams in solving complex business and technology challenges
- Translate ideas into actionable insights and client-ready solutions
- Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and adaptability in dynamic environments
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
- 1-2+ years of experience owning project workstreams with little to no supervision
- At least 2+ years’ experience with either Oracle Student Financial Aid (SFA) or in a college or university financial aid office
- Experience as a functional application specialist
- Prior technical experience with Oracle Cloud or with integration products such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), AWS, Dell Boomi, or Mulesoft
- Ability to solve complex problems creatively with strong critical thinking
- Strong analytical skills coupled with a functional or technical acumen and hands-on expertise with cloud-based enterprise solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams
