Job Description
Financial and Investment Analyst evaluating AI-generated valuations, investment recommendations, and industry analyses. Improving frontier AI systems through expert financial feedback for Mercor.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate AI-generated valuation models, investment recommendations, industry analyses, and other analytical artifacts for quality and accuracy
- Compare AI-generated responses head-to-head based on analytical rigor, valuation soundness, and investment-recommendation quality
- Review financial analysis scenarios involving company valuation, capital structure, and portfolio decisions
- Provide expert feedback to help evaluate and improve AI systems
- Work on projects focused on training and enhancing frontier AI models
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Investment Analyst, Equity Research Analyst, Portfolio Manager, Securities Analyst, or closely related financial or investment analysis role
- Experience conducting quantitative analyses, company valuations, or investment recommendations for public or private institutions
- Ability to commit 20+ hours per week
- Strong written English communication skills
- Must be located in the USA
- H1-B or STEM OPT candidates are not supported
