Job Description
Digital Project Manager overseeing multiple client projects for a growing tech firm. Ensuring delivery on time and exceeding client expectations through collaboration and risk management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple client projects from initiation through to completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure projects progress efficiently.
- Monitor delivery against agreed milestones and SLAs.
- Identify risks, dependencies and blockers, implementing solutions proactively.
- Facilitate project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Support client onboarding and transition into delivery.
- Ensure high standards of quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Produce regular project reporting and performance updates.
- Leverage AI tools to improve project administration and reporting efficiency.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management within a digital, technology or SaaS environment.
- Strong experience using Asana, Notion, Monday.com, ClickUp or similar project management tools.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience delivering projects against agreed deadlines and service levels.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving business.
