Job Description

Direktor:in für den Geschäftsbereich Digitaler Staat & Verwaltung bei moysies & partners, einer IT- und Managementberatung. Steuerung, Führung und Ausbau digitaler Transformationsberatung im öffentlichen Sektor.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Business Center for Digital State & Public Administration with a strategic focus on market changes, client needs and regulatory developments
  • Proactively identify and manage opportunities and risks
  • Ensure the sustainable orientation and future‑proof positioning of the area of responsibility
  • Responsible for delivering the annual plan for revenues, costs and efficiency expectations
  • Provide line management and trust‑based leadership and development of the team
  • Take central roles in consulting projects as a thought leader, decision‑maker and catalyst for innovation
  • Drive projects, priorities and digital transformation in the public sector
  • Advance sales activities and build resilient client relationships

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in the public sector at federal and state level
  • Proven track record of managing large‑scale projects
  • Understanding of political processes and experience moderating complex stakeholder interests
  • Consulting experience with a focus on substance, strategy and decisiveness
  • Strong network based on trust and proven performance
  • Familiarity and experience with ministries, authorities and public IT service providers
  • Financial accountability and leadership experience
  • Leadership with clarity, empathy and integrity grounded in company values
  • Understanding of markets and business models
  • Results‑ and quality‑oriented mindset
  • Willingness to be present on‑site with clients and the team as required
  • Clear, persuasive and personable communication on an equal footing
  • Application should state industry experience, managed budget and previous areas of responsibility
