Job Description
Director overseeing strategic corporate development and M&A transactions for a software provider. Collaborating with leadership to drive growth through market analysis and partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities and acquisitions
- Lead and manage all aspects of M&A transactions, including due diligence, negotiation, and integration
- Manage relationships with external partners, including investment bankers, advisors, and potential business partners
- Provide strategic advice to company leadership based on market research and competitive analysis
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corporate initiatives and strategies
- Lead the development and execution of long-term corporate strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in corporate development, investment banking, or strategic consulting.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent negotiation and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in software and financial technology a plus.
