Job Description
Director of FAM Practice leading transformation of legacy systems into digital environments for clients. Overseeing implementations and collaborating with software providers for product roadmaps.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Field Asset Mobility (FAM) Practice assisting clients transform legacy systems and processes into a fully digital integrated environment.
- Serve as primary Solutions Architect and provide delivery quality oversight for all Field Service Management and Enterprise Asset Management Systems implementations.
- Collaborate with other Red Clay Directors on overall implementation strategies and best practices.
- Partner with software providers on product development roadmaps.
- Create and manage business plans, resource plans, and budget plans for the FAM practice.
- Mentor and train team members and support the recruiting pipeline.
