Job Description
Director of Business Systems & Automation leading improvements through technology and AI for scalable organization. Collaborating with executive leadership to enhance workflows and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Design and improve the systems that power the business
- Simplify workflows and eliminate manual processes through automation
- Improve how teams collaborate, communicate, and access information
- Build dashboards and reporting that help leaders make better decisions
- Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve productivity
- Lead business systems initiatives from idea through implementation
- Partner with leaders across the organization to solve operational challenges
- Lead and mentor a small technical team
Requirements:
- Led business systems, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
- Improved workflows across multiple departments
- Built reporting or operational visibility for leadership teams
- Introduced automation or AI that created measurable business improvements
- Worked closely with executives to solve business—not just technical—problems
- Experience with some of the following is highly desirable: Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, Business intelligence and reporting platforms, Workflow automation tools, AI productivity tools
