Job Description
Director of Health Product managing product planning and execution within Benefits Administration. Leading a team to develop solutions that meet client and member needs in health benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of senior Product Managers and Product Owners
- Define and drive the product strategy for Reimbursement Account Solutions, Verification Services Solutions, and Compliance Solutions
- Ensure alignment between product, technology, operations, compliance, and client delivery teams
- Oversee large, complex, multi-year product initiatives across cross-functional teams
- Develop a deep understanding of client and member needs within benefits administration
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in benefits administration or employee benefits
- Proven track record of leading large, complex enterprise product initiatives
- Experience managing and developing teams of senior Product Managers and Product Owners
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and modern product delivery practices
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and build alignment across functions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field or corresponding experience required.
- Benefits certification (e.g., CEBS), MBA or advanced degree preferred
