Job Description

Director of Infrastructure Engineering at U.S. Urology Partners responsible for designing enterprise infrastructure and leading teams. Reporting to the CIO, focusing on scalable and secure solutions across multiple domains.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly to the CIO, responsible for design, build, and architecture of enterprise infrastructure
  • Define and own the enterprise infrastructure technology roadmap
  • Architect scalable, resilient, and secure solutions across network, compute, storage, and cloud
  • Lead infrastructure design for M&A integration and affiliate onboarding
  • Design and build enterprise network architecture across LAN, WAN, and SD-WAN domains
  • Architect and build USUP's hybrid cloud environment
  • Lead security architecture and engineering across all infrastructure domains
  • Develop a geographically distributed infrastructure engineering team

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience
  • 4 years leading infrastructure engineering teams through major design and build programs
  • Demonstrated track record architecting and delivering enterprise network infrastructure at scale
  • Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID / Active Directory, and hybrid cloud architecture
  • Strong security engineering background, including HIPAA/HITECH and PCI compliance requirements
  • Experience designing Disaster Recovery architecture including RTO/RPO definition and DR environment build-out
  • Experience designing and building enterprise voice and collaboration infrastructure
  • Proven experience leading infrastructure engineering through M&A integration
  • Strong executive communication skills
