Job Description
Director of Project Management responsible for leading a team in imaging equipment installations. Overseeing project delivery aligned with commercial objectives at GE HealthCare.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Imaging Installation Project Managers.
- Build a customer-centric culture focused on accountability, execution excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Own regional backlog performance, including project health, installation progress, and risk mitigation.
- Drive execution of installation activities to ensure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Manage revenue recognition processes in alignment with controllership and compliance requirements.
- Own customer experience across installation lifecycle, ensuring proactive communication and alignment.
- Partner with Commercial, Service, Applications, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Lead Lean initiatives and process improvement efforts to enhance performance and customer outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with GE HealthCare Quality Management System, policies, and applicable regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and demonstrated experience as a people leader.
- Significant experience in project management, including large-scale or complex implementations.
- Experience in customer-facing roles and customer relationship management.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and manage teams of project management professionals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success delivering projects on time and within scope.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across functions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States and willingness to travel as needed.
- Must reside within one of the South Markets (Houston, Dallas, Gateway).
