Job Description
Project Manager leading successful implementations of SaaS solutions in a remote environment. Engaging with various stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously
- Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations
- Act as primary client contact and manage expectations
- Identify and mitigate risks, handle objections and manage to set scope, budget timelines, and priorities
- Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making both internally and externally
- Maintain detailed project plans and ensure timely delivery while keeping all stakeholders informed of status, risks, tradeoffs
- Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams
- Ensure quality, responsiveness, and attention to detail
- Support PMO standards, reporting, and governance
Requirements:
- 4+ years SaaS or implementation PM experience
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple client engagements
- Strong organization, communication and stakeholder management
- Experience with PM tools ( MS Project, Accelo, Jira, etc.)
- Exceptional attention to detail and emotional intelligence
- Demonstrated experience identifying and mitigating project risks
- Exposure to government customers and operations strongly preferred.
