Job Description

Project Manager leading software implementation projects for NPact, a nonprofit-focused software company. Managing project plans, client relationships, and ensuring successful go-lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Lead client meetings and provide regular status updates.
  • Track project risks, issues, and action items.
  • Coordinate internal resources and client stakeholders.
  • Manage project scope and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Handle client escalations with professionalism and confidence.
  • Support successful go-live and project closure activities.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of project management experience in software implementations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Zoho, Jira, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience creating project plans, managing timelines, and delivering status reports.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience leading client-facing projects.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and project requirements.
  • Calm, professional demeanor with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with nonprofits or foundations (nice to have).
  • Experience with Blackbaud solutions, including Raiser's Edge NXT and Financial Edge NXT (nice to have).
