Job Description
Project Manager leading software implementation projects for NPact, a nonprofit-focused software company. Managing project plans, client relationships, and ensuring successful go-lives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Lead client meetings and provide regular status updates.
- Track project risks, issues, and action items.
- Coordinate internal resources and client stakeholders.
- Manage project scope and ensure deadlines are met.
- Handle client escalations with professionalism and confidence.
- Support successful go-live and project closure activities.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of project management experience in software implementations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Zoho, Jira, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience creating project plans, managing timelines, and delivering status reports.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience leading client-facing projects.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and project requirements.
- Calm, professional demeanor with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with nonprofits or foundations (nice to have).
- Experience with Blackbaud solutions, including Raiser's Edge NXT and Financial Edge NXT (nice to have).
