Associate Project Manager supporting marketing initiatives at 20four7VA. Handling project execution and coordination with cross-functional teams.

Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives from kickoff through delivery.
Maintain and update project plans, timelines, and task trackers to ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
Schedule and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting notes and action items.
Track project milestones, flag risks, and proactively escalate blockers to senior project managers or department leads.
Serve as a point of contact between internal teams.
Coordinate asset delivery and approvals across internal teams.
Support resource planning by tracking team capacity and workload across active projects.
Maintain organized project documentation including briefs, status reports, and post-mortems.
Compile and distribute weekly project status updates to stakeholders.
Assist in building and refining project management templates and process documentation.
Help track project budgets and flag variances to the marketing operations team.
Assist team members when needed to accomplish team goals.

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
Collaboration and relationship management across cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
