Job Description
Director of Project Delivery managing clinical projects and ensuring compliance with regulations at Syneos Health. Collaborating with teams to optimize project management and mentor staff.
Responsibilities:
- Provides oversight for all assigned projects to ensure study launch, conduct and closeout occur according to Customer’s and company's contractual agreement.
- Forecasts, prioritizes and directs staff to achieve on-time sponsor deliverables with quality and in accordance with contracted scope and Customer expectations
- Collaborates with Therapeutic Strategy and Innovation team to provide operational input in support of proposal development and pricing
- Drives preparation and facilitation of bid defense meetings
- Actively mentors junior project delivery oversight staff in leadership skills, customer management skills, project management skills
Requirements:
- Early Phase/ClinPharm Experience Must Have
- Neuroscience Experience - Good to have
- Experience with project management processes and methodologies
- Strong understanding of GCP and ICH guidelines
- Solid leadership and mentoring skills
