Job Description

Director of Strategic Technology Alliances at PTC leading partner relationships and executing go-to-market strategies. Ensuring technical alignment and fostering collaborations with ISV partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Own Partner Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned ISV partners
  • Drive Governance & Planning: Develop and execute joint business plans, manage QBRs/MBRs, and track KPIs
  • Execute Go-to-Market Strategies: Coordinate joint GTM campaigns, enable co-sell motions, and ensure opportunity alignment
  • Ensure Technical Alignment: Facilitate integration discussions, and manage roadmap checkpoints with Product and Engineering teams
  • Enablement & Evangelization: Partner solutions with in PTC Field organization
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and support customer value
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks early, manage escalations, and ensure timely resolution
  • Community Building: Promote partner participation in events and technical bootcamps
  • Innovation & Co-Creation: Identify opportunities for joint IP development and solution accelerators

Requirements:

  • 8–12+ years in Strategic Alliances/Partner Management for enterprise software
  • Proven ownership of Tier‑1 partnerships
  • Understanding of PLM/ALM/CAD domains
  • Experience running executive governance, joint solution launches, and co‑sell enablement at global scale
  • Strong cross‑functional leadership with a data‑driven approach to metrics
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS or Engineering
  • Fluent in English (mandatory)
