Job Description
Director of Strategic Technology Alliances at PTC leading partner relationships and executing go-to-market strategies. Ensuring technical alignment and fostering collaborations with ISV partners.
Responsibilities:
- Own Partner Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned ISV partners
- Drive Governance & Planning: Develop and execute joint business plans, manage QBRs/MBRs, and track KPIs
- Execute Go-to-Market Strategies: Coordinate joint GTM campaigns, enable co-sell motions, and ensure opportunity alignment
- Ensure Technical Alignment: Facilitate integration discussions, and manage roadmap checkpoints with Product and Engineering teams
- Enablement & Evangelization: Partner solutions with in PTC Field organization
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and support customer value
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks early, manage escalations, and ensure timely resolution
- Community Building: Promote partner participation in events and technical bootcamps
- Innovation & Co-Creation: Identify opportunities for joint IP development and solution accelerators
Requirements:
- 8–12+ years in Strategic Alliances/Partner Management for enterprise software
- Proven ownership of Tier‑1 partnerships
- Understanding of PLM/ALM/CAD domains
- Experience running executive governance, joint solution launches, and co‑sell enablement at global scale
- Strong cross‑functional leadership with a data‑driven approach to metrics
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS or Engineering
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
