Job Description

Director managing FM Soft Services for Johnson & Johnson, focusing on facilities management best practices. Championing workplace service strategies and standards across global functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Champion the FM Soft Services framework (policies, governance, standards, systems, processes).
  • Ensure alignment of standards policies and procedures relating to self-services.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive soft services strategies across regions.
  • Oversee the implementation of FM standards and policies across all regions.
  • Drive integration and alignment across global functions, regional FM roles, and outsourced providers.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a University/Bachelor Science degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business, Architecture or similar degree required.
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of related work experience.
  • Strong proven experience in facilities soft services and/or supply chain engineering & maintenance function.
  • Strong management and technical skills.
  • Experience related to Service delivery, supplier management, risk management, quality, safety, and compliance.
  • A minimum of 3 years of people management experience is preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is preferred.
  • MS Office and project management skills is preferred.
