Job Description
Total Rewards leader building compensation, benefits, and analytics infrastructure for Awayday’s U.S. hospitality and vacation rental platform. Partnering with executives and PE sponsors across 50+ brands.
Responsibilities:
- Build the Total Rewards infrastructure for Awayday’s growing, multi-brand hospitality and vacation rental platform
- Report directly to the VP of Strategic Design
- Partner with the executive team and private equity sponsors
- Design and execute compensation, benefits, and rewards programs
- Own enterprise-wide compensation architecture, including pay bands, job leveling, and FLSA standards
- Design, administer, and communicate the Management Incentive Plan (MIP)
- Develop short- and long-term incentive programs tied to performance outcomes
- Lead benefits strategy, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), leave programs, and open enrollment
- Conduct people analytics, including pay equity audits, retention modeling, and board-ready reporting
- Support M&A integration by assessing acquired companies’ total rewards programs
- Partner with Finance on data and analysis and interact frequently with the PE sponsor
- Create structure in ambiguous environments and own outcomes end-to-end
Requirements:
- 8+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience in compensation and benefits
- Experience in private-equity-backed, multi-site environments
- Hands-on experience with Management Incentive Plans (MIP), long-term incentives (LTI), or executive compensation programs
- Expert-level benchmarking skills using Radford, Mercer, or WTW
- Strong HRIS fluency with Workday, ADP, UKG, or Paycom
- Ability to partner with Finance on data and analysis
- Ability to interact frequently with the private equity sponsor
- Builder mentality with ownership of outcomes end-to-end
- CCP or CBP designation is a plus, not required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future
