Job Description
DMS Clinical Support Specialist empowering healthcare providers through expert guidance and hands-on problem solving. Focused on maximizing advanced HealthTech solutions and improving patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and administers training plans on DynaCAD Radiology, DynaCAD Urology
- Drives revenue through execution of on-site delivery targets
- Provides consultative educational support to customers
- Uncrates and assembles UroNAV systems and Sentinelle Coils
- Demonstrates product expertise during clinical training and support
- Supports new product implementations by working with Sales and Marketing
Requirements:
- 3+ years clinical experience in MR, Ultrasound
- Familiarity with image generation and data analysis tools
- Strong project management skills
- Strong conflict management and influencing skills
- Clinical knowledge of modality specific workflow and implementation
- Strong teaching, coaching and mentoring skills
- Imaging experience with digital imaging workstations
- Troubleshooting computer, software, networking and basic DICOM knowledge
- Advanced knowledge of anatomy, pathology, and physiology
- Strong interpersonal, customer and management skills
- Minimum Associates Degree in Radiology required
- Certification in MRI, CT, or Ultrasound Modalities preferred
