Job Description
Client-facing consultancy role helping clients with iProperty Cloud solutions at a Microsoft Premium Partner. Leading workshops and configuring solutions based on client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Leading client workshops to demonstrate iProperty Cloud
- Identifying gaps between product capabilities and client needs
- Eliciting and capturing client requirements
- Collaborating with technical team for changes and configurations
- Configuring Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions
- Supporting clients through onboarding and training
- Managing your own time and priorities on projects
- Keeping up to date with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM features
Requirements:
- Strong, proven knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM
- Excellent consultancy and communication skills
- Curiosity and willingness to learn
- Proactive and autonomous
- Strong analytical thinking
- Clear written communication
- Experience in the UK housing sector (highly desirable)
- Familiarity with Power Platform tools
- Experience with Agile/Scrum environments
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. MB-210 or equivalent)
