Job Description
Senior Consultant in IT Management & Digitalisierung at a growing consulting firm. Involve in transformation, digitalization, and IT management projects with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Advise our clients on transformation, digitalization and IT management
- Identify clients' organizational challenges and develop tailored solutions together with them
- Shape the change process collaboratively with employees and management from various client industries and the public sector
- Further develop our consulting offering by contributing experience and new methods
- Optional: Provide technical leadership for junior consultants in joint projects
Requirements:
- Initial project and/or consulting experience in the area of transformation and digitalization in an IT-related environment
- Basic understanding of ITIL, Scrum or PRINCE2
- Strong interest in organizing and managing IT in a digital world
- Familiarity with the challenges at the interface between IT and the business
- Very good presentation and communication skills in German
