Job Description
Técnico de campo instalando, diagnosticando e mantendo hardware e software da Diebold Nixdorf. Atendimento a clientes, reparos, manutenção preventiva e treinamento sobre soluções bancárias e varejistas.
Responsibilities:
- Installs, debugs, and technically maintains hardware and software for products and components, primarily at customer sites.
- Performs scheduled inspections, cleaning, and other services, as well as minor repairs on products within a defined area of responsibility.
- Inspects products to verify proper operation, resolves identified issues, and/or escalates requests to higher support levels.
- Schedules service appointments, completes the required documentation, and interacts with customers.
- Uses diagnostic tools to troubleshoot hardware and software failures.
- Performs component-level hardware repairs.
- Cleans and adjusts mechanical components.
- Configures and installs applicable software.
- Performs preventive maintenance and replenishes consumables.
- Installs, moves, adds, changes, and removes hardware and software products (IMAC/R).
- Instructs and trains customers on the use and operation of installed products.
- Participates in implementing measures to achieve agreed-upon KPIs.
- Assists with special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Completed technical education (required) in Electronics, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum relevant experience as a field service technician.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and driving record that meet DN fleet requirements.
- Active CFT registration (required).
- Must reside in Goiânia, GO.
