Job Description
Técnico de serviço de campo instalando, mantendo e reparando hardware e software da Diebold Nixdorf. Atendimento a clientes em Porto Alegre e cidades vizinhas.
Responsibilities:
- Installs, performs technical maintenance on, and debugs product and component hardware and software, primarily at customer sites
- Performs scheduled inspections, cleaning, minor repairs, and other services on products within an assigned area
- Verifies product operation, resolves issues, and/or escalates them according to established procedures
- Schedules services and completes the required documentation
- Works with customers to ensure satisfaction and understanding of product operation
- Uses diagnostic tools to troubleshoot hardware and software failures
- Performs component-level hardware repairs
- Cleans and adjusts mechanical components
- Configures and installs applicable software
- Performs preventive maintenance according to documented procedures
- Replenishes consumables as instructed
- Installs, moves, adds, modifies, and removes hardware and software products (IMAC/R)
- Instructs and trains customers on the use and operation of installed hardware and software
- Participates in implementing measures to achieve agreed-upon KPIs
- Assists with special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Active CFT registration
- Valid driver's license
- Own vehicle
- Technical degree in electronics, electrical engineering technology, or a related field
- Availability to work in Porto Alegre and neighboring cities
