Job Description
Marketing Email Developer at Arrow Global Components. Building and managing email campaigns in Eloqua for global clients and optimizing performance and deliverability.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage email campaigns in Eloqua for clients and prospects
- Design HTML emails, templates, and responsive newsletters
- Execute campaigns based on marketing plans and ensure compliance with best practices and data privacy laws
- Optimize deliverability, list hygiene, and campaign performance
- Conduct A/B tests and oversee campaign quality control
- Track and report on email and content marketing performance
- Analyze subscriber behavior to inform marketing decisions
- Implement segmentation and lead scoring for targeted outreach
- Serve as the Eloqua expert, providing training, troubleshooting, and user support
- Develop platform solutions to improve campaign efficiency and results
Requirements:
- 8+ years in email marketing or marketing automation
- Experience with Eloqua and similar platforms
- Strong HTML and responsive email design skills
- Knowledge of segmentation, B2B campaigns, A/B testing, and optimization
- Understanding of deliverability, compliance, and email best practices
- Certifications in Eloqua or other automation tools (preferred)
- Experience with lead scoring, nurturing workflows, and data analysis (preferred)
- Knowledge of cross-channel marketing and CSS for responsive design (preferred)
