Job Description

Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Waitwhile managing client relationships in North America. Driving product adoption and collaborations with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage your book of accounts
  • Build strategic relationships with customers
  • Provide best-practice guidance and insights on the product
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams
  • Drive technical success with product implementations
  • Act as the voice of the customers

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in a Customer Success role
  • Proven ability to drive successful product implementations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactive and results-oriented
  • Experience building relationships with customers
  • Familiarity with APIs
  • Proficiency in support platforms like Intercom or Zendesk
  • Basic coding skills in HTML and CSS
