Job Description
Enterprise Solutions Consultant advising clients in travel industry and supporting sales teams. Expertise in managing complex business solutions and cultivating strong relationships.
Responsibilities:
- You will work closely with Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Leaders to develop strategies for new business opportunities in your territory.
- You qualify opportunities using our “Lean, Pivot, Walk” methodology and support Account Executives in driving them through the pipeline to closure.
- You support AEs in understanding the Navan solution, conduct platform demos, and provide valuable competitive analysis.
- You present Navan’s value proposition to Travel Managers and tailor our solution to their specific pain points and primary value drivers.
- You act as an interface to various personas within target organizations, especially contacts with deep travel-industry expertise.
- You represent Navan’s products and services accurately and assist with needs analysis for large, complex organizations.
- You support your team in growing revenue and achieving monthly and quarterly quotas.
- You lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to accelerate decision-making, including: User Access Testing, workshops (Finance, IT, Sustainability, etc.), and Business Value Assessment.
Requirements:
- 4–5+ years of sales experience at a TMC, OBT, or other travel-tech provider in a quota-bearing role; or equivalent experience as a consultant or in managing a global travel program.
- 1–2+ years of experience selling to Travel Managers at enterprise organizations (3,000+ employees) or experience as a Travel Manager at a company of that size.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and advanced quantitative analysis capabilities.
- Experience delivering product demonstrations.
- Fluent German and English (required).
- Proven track record of delivering excellent results in a fast-paced environment.
- High adaptability and an understanding of the continuous evolution of a growing company.
- Growth mindset: the ability and willingness to continuously learn and flexibly adapt your skills to meet business needs.
